The 23 Emblem Surf uses the winning formula of the previous model and adds improvements.
ZAION V technology is used throughout the body and rotor. This carbon-based composite is lighter and more resistant than traditional materials and will perform totally corrosion free. Although reduced in weight by 25g the reel is still designed to handle the rigours of shore fishing. The combination of powerful Digigear II combined with the protection of Magsealed brings you smooth and trouble free use. However, it is the 45mm ‘LC’ Long Cast spool and accurate Slow Cross Wrap line lay that delivers the outstanding casting performance. It is also equipped with AirBail and Twistbuster II, ensuring optimum transit of the line back to the spool. Fitted with a shallow profile spool for 300m of 0.30mm it is also supplied with deeper spare for 300m of 0.35mm. Finally, the presence of QDM shortens the range between lock down for casting and preferred drag.
